The fine print

Rules & Regulations*

1.       Smoking/Vaping is NOT PERMITTED indoors or upstairs balcony. Any evidence of smoking or vaping indoors will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Smokers, please "butt out" in designated areas to prevent fires;

2.       The throwing of confetti, such as glitter, artificial rose petals, or other similar items is strictly prohibited on the grounds.

3.       All decorations must be independently supported. Nothing is to hang from the exterior or interior of the building. No nails, pins, staples, tape, etc. may be used;

4.       The Tenants will respect the quiet enjoyment of the surrounding area of the Premises;

5.       The quiet hours of the Premises are as follows:

a.       Exterior: 11:00pm on Friday/ Saturday and 9pm Sunday-Thursday - all speakers and activities MUST be moved inside and the solarium doors must be closed. All music systems including Bass must be turned down. If security can hear you at their spot, you will be asked to turn down

b.      Interior: 1:00am

6.       The use of real flame candles shall not be placed on the ground, or within 12" of walls, decor and tapestries.

7.       The Tenant is solely responsible for cleanup of the event; unless otherwise arranged with the Landlord.

8.       All decorations, seating, and other property brought on the Premises by the Tenant or must be removed by the Tenant;

9.   A Representative of the Facility shall inspect the Premises, following the Terms of the Contract, to review for damages. If there are any damages or clean up costs the Tenant is liable for damages. The payment for the damages shall be made within fourteen (14) days following the Terms of the Contract;

10.   Fireworks are strictly prohibited and use of fireworks are subject to a maximum $10,000 fine and immediate eviction from the Premises;

11.   The use of Sparklers is strictly prohibited without the express consent of the Landlord;

12.   The maximum capacity of the Premises is 150 persons. Failure to comply will result in immediate booking termination.

13.   The use of firearms is strictly prohibited on the Premises;

14.   Pets are welcome on the Premises.  The Tenant shall clean up after their pet(s) inside and out. The Tenant is liable for any damages done as a result of pet(s).

15.   Overloading - Tenant shall not overload the areas of the home.

16. All rentals of must be rented through our exclusive vendor SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS* (*discounts on all in-stock items when a client of THE STATION)

17. Camping/ RVs/ 5th Wheel trailers of any kind are PROHIBITED unless with consent from the landlord in the designated camping are. Failure to comply will result in a $400 fine.

18. PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN

| Our on-site security during your event will enforce these policies. Please be respectful and adhere to their authority on our behalf. Failure to abide by these rules after 2 warnings will result in immediate termination of your booking and an additional fine of up to $1000 |

FAQs

What is your capacity?

-150 Persons MAX

Is the solarium heated/ air conditioned?

-Yes and YES! However, in extreme weather we cannot guarantee consistent temperatures. An additional industrial heater is recommended and available to rent from Special Event Rentals in winter months. More information available upon request.

Can I bring my pets?

YES! We are pet friendly. Of course, please clean up after your pet. Any damage or additional clean up or repair will be charged separately after event.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes. All outdoor activities must move inside at 11:00pm SHARP on weekends and 9pm on weekdays. At this time, all exterior doors must be closed and music inside turned down to ensure we are being courteous to our neighbours.

Is there a spot to camp or park a camping trailer?

Yes, 4 camping spots are available at an additional cost (see a-la-carte menu)

Do your packages include tables and chairs?

No. Table and chairs are additional per item. All specialty rentals including linens, arches, specialty furniture etc must be done through SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS REGINA (you get a sweet, sweet discount)

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Yes and no. You may bring in your own caterer, florist, hair, makeup, music, planner, photographer etc. HOWEVER, all rentals must be done through SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS REGINA.

Do you allow food trucks?

YES! There is a designated spot for a food truck vendor in the backyard. A land map will be provided at check-in.

Can I bring in my own booze?

YES! You are responsible for acquiring your own SLGA License (Special Occasion Permit) prior to your event. Proof of licence will need to be shown prior to gaining access to our facility.

Do I need separate insurance?

YES! Proof is required prior to your check-in.

Do I NEED to have security during my event?

Yes. For not only the protection of our facility but to ensure the safety of our clients, their guests and our neighbours in the community. A marked car and security guard will be discrete but present during your event and an additional fee.

Is The Station wheelchair accessible?

YES! Both the interior facility, solarium and our back lawn is wheelchair accessible.
